While Mom Masek did not guarantee the tastiness, I had no doubt this Made in Ohio Ham and Cheese Classic would deliver. I find it easy to be a mayo-hatin' sandwich eater! Thanks Mom Masek, I could taste the love.

made with love

Foster's - Better than the Last Time
So I have been to the acclaimed Foster's Market in Durham NC once before and was disappointed not only in the shop itself but also its mediocre sandwiches. The last time I went I had some horrible excuse for a "Greek" inspired sandwich, and it didn't even come with the sun-dried tomatoes that it promised. Needless to say I was reluctant to dine again on a sandwich from Foster's when my out-of-town Mom suggested it. However after the pretty good sanwich and even better mac and cheese I was glad I did. While it wasn't the best I've had I did have a perfectly pleasant:
Turkey and 7 Pepper Jelly Sandwich
Subtle Surprise: Cream Cheese
Starring Ingredient: 7 Pepper Jelly
Overall Apperance: 4.5
Overall Score: 6
Overall Apperance: 4.5
Overall Score: 6
The sandwich itself was on white bread with turkey, cream cheese, 7 Pepper Jelly, lettuce and tomato...I think...the 7 pepper jelly was a must have and instead of buying the jelly there, I am going to make it at home.
Shout out to Fosters:
